4. Helmet and Briefing: Your helmet is put on. The pilot reminds you of very simple 2-3 rules like "Run when I say run, lean back when I say sit."

The easiest part of the tandem flight is the landing. As you approach the ground, your pilot will give you commands. All you need to do is extend your legs straight forward (like drawing an L in the air) without bending your knees.
