Delivery and Returns

Skywalkers Travel products and services come with our warranty that they are free from defects. If a defect is discovered, we will repair or replace the product/service (at our choice) free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by an airline or other partner carriers. It also does not cover wear and tear on components and materials that may occur over time with the use of the product.

What is your merchandise return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new and unused condition within 60 days of purchase to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Bonus Items: If you return items from an order containing free bonus items, the bonus items must also be returned, or their value will be deducted from your refund.

How do I return items purchased from the Online Travel Shop?
Items purchased from our Travel Shop at can be returned to us in new and unused condition within 60 days of purchase. To return or exchange purchases, please Return & Exchange Form . A copy of the original packing slip is required. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for returns. Sorry, no refunds on shipping charges.
